Raised Roof Bracket
Our raised roof brackets can be attached either on top of composition roofing or underneath concrete roof tiles using 2-3” long SDS screws into the roof rafter, making for seamless roof mount installations. We recommend one bracket per post although their capabilities are greater depending on the cover being built. See span charts for more information. This bracket will raise the bottom of the beam 5-1/2” above the roof sheeting and can be used with either flat or “S” style roof tiles.
We recommend back-filling all penetrations as well as the bottom or the bracket with a proper sealant.
